La falta de detecci\u00f3n precoz conlleva graves consecuencias que pueden acabar en fallo multiorg\u00e1nico, una situaci\u00f3n mucho m\u00e1s grave. Datos cl\u00ednicos contrastados sugieren que cambios peque\u00f1os en los niveles de creatinina s\u00e9rica se asocian con una mayor mortalidad de los pacientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h1>Lineas de investigaci\u00f3n<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p>Lisardo Bosc\u00e1 es Profesor de Investigaci\u00f3n en el Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas (CSIC) y ha sido director del Instituto de Bioqu\u00edmica (1999-2005; centro mixto CSIC-UCM) y del Instituto de Investigaciones Biom\u00e9dicas Alberto Sols (2008-12; 2014-presente; centro mixto CSIC-UAM).<\/p>\n<p>Su l\u00ednea de trabajo se centra en el estudio de los NLRs en estos procesos fibrog\u00e9nicos, sobre todo de NOD1. Sobre todo en el papel del control del metabolismo energ\u00e9tico de los macr\u00f3fagos como regulador necesario en la polarizaci\u00f3n funcional y en el progreso de la respuesta inflamatoria en diversos \u00f3rganos, entre ellos en la patolog\u00eda renal.
